Returns: Our return policy is as follows: You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to return it. We offer you the possibility of making an exchange or a credit note, however no exchange or credit will be granted for items purchased on sale. Please note that we do not make any refunds. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Items must be returned in their original condition with labels in place. If the return conditions are not met, the return may be refused.

Returns of items beyond this deadline will not be accepted. The delivery costs for return of goods are the responsibility of the buyer.


If the item is defective, we ask that you send us a photo of the damaged item by email. We will then contact you for the procedure to follow. To return an item, you must contact us by email at the following address and indicate your order number in order to receive a return authorization: [email protected] It is essential to include a copy of the invoice or the gift receipt with the returned items. All returns can be made in store or sent by post to the following address:

Deliveries: Online orders are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of public holidays. Delivery times are 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for the province of Quebec. We cannot guarantee the same delay for the other provinces of Canada. Please note that we reserve the right to change the shipping rate for bulky items only.

Delivery rate with Canada Post: $ 15.00

We reserve the right to adjust delivery charges for northern regions (accessible by air transport only). In this case, the customer will be contacted in order to accept the charges before sending the package.
